Chiropractors may also use methods such as: acupuncture, joint mobilizations, adjustments, cupping, IASTM or another rehabilitative modality.


Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapists are experts in manual therapy. Sessions can include an assessment, manual therapy, corrective movement exercises, and a comprehensive treatment plan.

Massage Therapists may use methods such as: deep tissue massage techniques, relaxation massage techniques, Fascial Stretch Therapy, joint mobilizations, rehabilitation based exercise, vacuutherapy/cupping, etc.

Molly Roach is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from Kikkawa College in 2024 and is a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). In 2021, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Soul Work, further enriching her approach to health and wellness. While pursuing her massage therapy education, Molly gained invaluable hands-on experience at Downtown Toronto’s first StretchLab location, where she provided specialized assisted PNF stretching to clients.

Before embarking on her journey in massage therapy, Molly earned a diploma in music industry arts and a songwriting certificate. As a singer and guitar player, she developed a keen interest in the anatomy of the TMJ (Temporal mandibular joint), vocal chords and muscles involved, as well as the hands, wrists, and forearms—vital areas for musicians. This inspired her focus on treatments that promote injury prevention and restoration.

Andrew spent 13 years performing on stage as a classically trained dancer, singer and actor. A few of his favourite contracts include: Cats, Singing in the Rain, The Wizard of Oz and Spamalot. Andrew’s formal education includes: The School of Toronto Dance Theatre where he did his classical dance training; York University where he obtained his BFA Honours in Kinesiology; and the University of Toronto where he earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Coupling his science-based studies in exercise and rehabilitation with his deep intrinsic understanding of human movement through dance, Andrew prefers a hands-on style of therapy. His recipe for rehabilitation includes combining soft-tissue techniques, gentle mobilizations and home prescribed exercises.
